Discover the Artistry of Uzbekistan in Dars Films’ New TV Commercial: “The Country of Craftsmen”
I’m thrilled to present a new gem in the collection of commercials now airing on the global channel BBC World News – “Uzbekistan – The Country of Craftsmen”. This is the second part of a trilogy of captivating television commercials from the renowned British studio, Dars Films. Filmed in the summer of 2022, “The Country of Craftsmen” showcases the traditional crafts that add a vibrant splash of culture to the picture of contemporary Uzbekistan.
Following the first DARS FILMS TV film about Uzbekistan, “Explore the Magic of Uzbekistan“, which aired on BBC World News in the second half of 2022, the second film – “The Country of Craftsmen” – offers viewers an informative journey, revealing Uzbekistan’s rich historical heritage and the mastery of national craftsmen.
Immerse yourself in the unique world of Uzbek craftsmanship. Watch the meticulous work of potters, the delicate hands of weavers interweaving magic into carpets, and the spark of hammered jewellery, made with incredible accuracy and skill by Uzbek craftsmen. It’s worth noting that hammering is one of the oldest applied arts, its roots dating back to the Bronze Age.
“The Country of Craftsmen” is more than just a commercial; it’s an emotional, sensory journey into the history and culture of Uzbekistan, which for many international tourists will become a starting point in their travels to Uzbekistan – The Country of Craftsmen!
On that note, I’d like to invite everyone this weekend to the Uzbekistan culture festival in London. The festival will be held on Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 to 18:00 at Potters Fields Park, 186 Tolley Street, London, SE1 2UD. This location is near Tower Bridge.
London is a city where residents and numerous tourists have the opportunity to partake in a Brazilian carnival, celebrate the Indian festival of Diwali, and now get acquainted with the most “tasty” culture of Central Asia. I’m confident that hundreds of festival guests in London will be introduced to the culture and historical heritage of Uzbekistan and hundreds of millions of BBC World News viewers will be captivated by the charm of Uzbekistan thanks to the DARS FILMS short film “The Country of Craftsmen”.
I am confident that both the cultural festival in London and the Uzbekistan advertising campaign on BBC World News will help attract new tourist flows to Uzbekistan and garner the sympathies of the global investment community.
