🎬 Reflecting on a Journey with Uzbekistan’s Tourism 🎬
Having had the privilege to witness and contribute to the burgeoning evolution of Uzbekistan’s tourism industry, moderating Tourism Forums and delivering lectures on the development of National and Regional Tourism brands of Uzbekistan, it fills me with immense pride and unique joy to see Uzbekistan stepping into the limelight, hosting the largest tourism gathering in the world – the General Assembly of UNWTO.
It’s an honour to have been a part of this journey, seeing firsthand the development, the challenges, and the immense opportunities that lie in the vibrant tapestry of our culture, history, and hospitality. Working alongside the dedicated and creative team at DARS FILMS, we successfully produced a promotional video showcasing Samarkand as the Capital of World Tourism, reflecting the city’s richness, diversity, and monumental significance in the world of travel and tourism.
I am confident that both Uzbek studios and international partners of UNWTO will make many other outstanding promotional films. I sincerely wish that all these creations gain visibility and resonance worldwide, serving as open invitations to explore the unparalleled beauty and heritage of Samarkand and Uzbekistan.
With the General Assembly of UNWTO drawing nearer, to be held in October, I hold high hopes that Samarkand and the whole of Uzbekistan will not just be extending a warm welcome to hundreds of UNWTO delegates but will open its arms to millions of international tourists in the upcoming years.
The convergence of creativity, professionalism, and the intrinsic allure of our land in the works of DARS FILMS and other creators is a beacon calling out to the world. It is a beacon that will illuminate the path for many to experience the enchantment and warmth of Uzbekistan.
