Autumn in Uzbekistan

I’m excited to introduce the latest advertising campaign for Uzbekistan on the BBC News TV channel, part of the ongoing “Seasons in Uzbekistan” project. This time, we are showcasing autumn—a unique and magical time when the air is crisp, summer memories linger, and there’s an undeniable energy for new adventures.

The timing of this campaign aligns perfectly with the arrival of autumn at the end of September, a season that truly comes to life in Uzbekistan. One of Uzbekistan’s many competitive advantages is its distinct four seasons, a rare opportunity for a country to present itself in such varied climates. Not many places can offer this seasonal diversity, making Uzbekistan truly special.

This campaign complements the recent Uzbekistan Airways’ “Melting Pot” campaign on BBC News, which focused on the rich, diverse cuisine of Uzbekistan and left a lasting legacy with a dedicated website on bbc.com. Additionally, just a few weeks ago, we wrapped up the campaign for the Fergana region, further emphasizing Uzbekistan’s strength in national and regional branding. Each region has a unique character, and the Uzbek National Tourism Brand embraces this beautiful mosaic of the Regional Tourism Brands of Uzbekistan.

DARS Films proudly filmed and produced the campaign commercial, and I’m grateful to my talented colleagues for their incredible work. Just like the highest level of hospitality you’ll find in Uzbekistan, the quality of the video content is second to none—fresh, unique, and entirely original. It perfectly captures the harmony of life in Uzbekistan, where everyone strives to present the country in the best possible way.

I invite you to join the BBC News TV channel to watch the campaign or visit the DARS Films website to experience it. Most importantly, I hope this inspires you to explore and feel the magic of autumn in Uzbekistan for yourself. The campaign slogan says it all: “Uzbekistan. It’s about autumn. It’s about magic.”
