The Taste of the World—One Bite at a Time!
Just came back from the International Food & Drink Event in London, where the world didn’t just meet—it marinated, sizzled, and got plated up! This was not just an event; it was a global tasting menu, where every booth served a bite of a country’s best: https://www.ife.co.uk/
Had great meetings with friends and partners from Bulgaria and Uzbekistan—and let me tell you, the competition wasn’t between apples and oranges. It wasn’t even between tomatoes and cucumbers. No, my friends, the real battle was between brands.
Because in today’s world, it’s not enough to just grow the best produce. It’s not enough to just cook a great dish. If you want to win in the global export market, you need to serve a story. You need a brand that people crave, something they don’t just eat but talk about, remember, and want to taste again.
I was amazed to see how fruits and vegetables don’t just end up in a dish—they end up in a marketing strategy. The best recipes are created not just in the kitchen but in boardrooms, where food meets storytelling.
And to celebrate Uzbekistan’s fantastic presence at the event, here’s a film “Sunshine as a compliment” produced by DARS Films studio two years ago—a reminder that food is sunshine you can taste.
Bon appétit, or as they say in branding—make it irresistible! 🍽️🌎✨
