I sincerely congratulate my colleagues from the British studio Dars Films, my friends, and partners in Uzbekistan on their incredible victory at the international CIFFT film festival. The results were announced late in the evening on March 19 in Japan. ALL films by DARS FILMS about Uzbekistan received awards at the Tourism Film Festival in Japan! I wholeheartedly congratulate everyone promoting Uzbekistan in the world on the three victories at the film festival in Japan. This is a wonderful gift for Navruz, and I also sincerely congratulate my friends and partners from Uzbekistan on this occasion!
Our film “Autumn in Uzbekistan”, produced by Dars Films for the “Seasons of Uzbekistan” advertising campaign on BBC News, won second place in the “Country Promotion” category.
The film “UNWTO in Samarkand”, produced by Dars Films during the preparation for the General Assembly of the World Tourism Organization in Samarkand in 2023, won second place in the “Asia” category.
The film about the Fergana region, prepared in 2024 for the “Sunrise in Fergana” advertising campaign on BBC News, received a special award for the “Best Destination Presentation”.
